The Siaya National Polytechnic invites sealed Tender from eligible firms for the following Tenders indicated in the Tender Notice Document below.

LIST OF TENDER CATEGORIES

CATEGORY A – REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS

• Tendering will be conducted through open national competitive procedure using a standardized tender
• Document and will be open to all applicants who qualify.
• Complete Tender/Registration documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office during normal working Hours (8.00am-5.00pm) Monday to Fridays upon payment of the Ksh. 1,000 (Non-Refundable) in The Siaya National Polytechnic’s KCB Bank A/C No. 1106857135, Siaya Branch and presentation of the Bank slip to the Institute’s Finance Office for receipting. The Tender documents may also be downloaded from the Institute’s website siayapolyetchnic.ac.ke/tenders free of charge
• Tender/Registration Document may be viewed and downloaded for free from our website siayapolytechnic.ac.ke/tenders and Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) tenders.go.ke 
• Duly complete Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘’The Tittle and the Category Number should be addressed to the undersigned and dropped into the TENDER BOX located outside the Administrative Block on or before 23rd June 2026 at 11:00 Am. The Tender /Registration documents shall be opened immediately thereafter in the Polytechnic’s Management Open Restaurant in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
• Electronic tenders will not be permitted.
• Late applications will be rejected.
