TENDER NOTICE-FY 2025-2026-OPENED

The Siaya National Polytechnic invites sealed Tender from eligible firms for the following Tenders indicated in the Tender Notice Document below.

LIST OF TENDER CATEGORIES

1. Complete Tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office during normal working Hours (8.00am-5.00pm) Monday to Fridays upon payment of Ksh. 1,000 (Non-Refundable) in the Siaya National Polytechnic’s KCB Bank A/C No. 1106857135, Siaya Branch and presentation of the Bank slip to the Finance Office for receipting. The Tender documents may also be downloaded from the website siayapolytechnic.ac.ke free of charge
2. Duly complete Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘’The Tittle and the Reference Number should be addressed to the undersigned and dropped into the TENDER BOX located outside the Administrative Block on or before 27^th June 2025 at 10:00 am. The Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Institutional Management Open Restaurant in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
3. Electronic tenders will not be allowed.
4. Late applications will be not be allowed.
