TSNP marked a significant milestone in its commitment to excellence and accountability by hosting a vibrant Staff Performance Appraisal Awards Ceremony in recognition of outstanding performance for the FY 2024–2025 appraisal cycle.
The event brought together members of the institution’s leadership, trainers, and technical staff in a celebratory atmosphere aimed at appreciating dedication, professionalism, and the consistent pursuit of quality service delivery.
 
During the ceremony, both Trainers and Technical Staff were presented with certificates of recognition for their exemplary performance as documented in the FY 2024–2025 Performance Appraisal Report. The awards underscored the Polytechnic’s dedication to fostering a results-oriented culture where hard work and commitment are acknowledged and rewarded.
Recipients were commended for demonstrating exceptional teaching standards, technical expertise, innovation, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility in executing their duties. Their contributions have played a vital role in advancing the polytechnic’s mission of delivering high-quality technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
 
In his keynote address, the Chief Principal expressed deep appreciation for the staff’s unwavering dedication and professionalism.
He applauded the awardees and the entire workforce for their collective effort in maintaining high standards of performance across departments.
“This recognition is not just about certificates; it reflects the commitment, discipline, and passion that each one of you brings to your work every day. Your efforts have significantly contributed to the growth and reputation of this institution,” he noted.
The Chief Principal further emphasized that the achievements recorded in the FY 2024–2025 appraisal cycle are a testament to the institution’s strong performance management framework and the willingness of staff to embrace continuous improvement.
He also encouraged staff members to sustain the momentum by setting even higher performance targets in the upcoming cycle.
“As we move forward, I urge each one of you to aim even higher. Let these awards inspire you to innovate, collaborate, and strive for excellence in all your undertakings. The management is committed to strengthening support systems, enhancing working conditions, and introducing even greater and more rewarding incentives in the next performance review cycle,” he added.
 
The Chief Principal concluded by reaffirming the Polytechnic’s commitment to nurturing talent, recognizing merit, and building a motivated workforce that is aligned with national development goals.
